📄 Return & Exchange Policy (Print-on-Demand Section)
Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel & Merchandise)
All apparel and merchandise from TCS Family Coffee is printed on demand and made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
However, we absolutely stand behind our quality. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or damage, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll work with our fulfillment partner to issue a free reprint or refund — no need to return the item.
Color Disclaimer: Product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and fabric texture. We do our best to ensure mockups are accurate representations.
